quote, bind, and issue policies in accordance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.Actively engage in local branch and community events to prospect, expand referral networks, and develop new business opportunities.Build and maintain strong rapport with members and clients to ensure high customer satisfaction, loyalty, and trust in the AAA brand.Respond to customer inquiries with a high level of professionalism and urgency across insurance, membership, and financial products.Identify and execute cross‑sell and referral opportunities into Travel and Financial Services lines of business to maximize overall member value.Who Succeeds in This RoleRequired Qualifications:Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license or the ability to obtain before hireActive State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 30 days of hireMust qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products.EducationHigh School diploma or equivalentWork experience1+ year(s) of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment (i.e., financial/banking)Insurance experience is helpful—but not requiredWe provide training to help you get licensed and confident in the roleYou’ll Excel If You HaveDemonstrated ability to develop, manage, and close sales opportunities, including disciplined lead tracking, follow‑up, and pipeline management.Apply consultative selling techniques supported by deep product knowledge to deliver tailored solutions and drive customer value.Proven prospecting and business‑development skills, including generating new opportunities through referrals, outbound activity, and networking.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer‑first mindset and confidence in guiding sales conversations.Results‑driven with clear ambition, motivation, and accountability for achieving and exceeding performance goals.Proficient in leveraging technology to support sales execution, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.Strong listening and discovery skills with the ability to quickly assess customer needs, identify coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions.Work Schedule & EnvironmentSchedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM40 hours per week, scheduled one hour for lunchWork in a temperature‑controlled AAA branch locationOccasional travel to branch or community eventsWho We AreBecome a part of something bigger.The Auto Club Group (ACG) provides membership, travel, insurance, and financial service offerings to approximately 14+ million members and customers across 14 states and 2 U.S. territories through AAA, Meemic, and Fremont brands.
