Allstate - Wagner Insurance Agency in Waukesha, Wisconsin, is looking for an individual with experience in the insurance industry to join our team as a Full-Time Retention Specialist . You will be responsible for managing customer relationships. Your ability to build rapport will be necessary as you work closely with our customers to understand their business and personal needs to offer valuable options. You will also be responsible for following up with customers to help ensure satisfaction. If you have proven experience as an account manager, we want to hear from you. Apply today!

Responsibilities

With a strong focus on keeping our customers happy, your daily activities will include:

Welcome calls to new customers
Cancelling prior insurance policies for new customers
Reviewing current policies
Working on the policy cancellation audits
Calling customers on their first renewals to check in

Requirements

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Must have ability to multi-task.
Professional phone etiquette.
Career minded vision.
Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
