Insight Global is assisting a client in identifying Family Law Attorneys for a direct hire opportunity in Spartanburg, SC with a growing firm. This firm is seeking an attorney to manage a case load of about 120 hours including settlement and court room activity. Key Responsibilities: • Represent clients in a variety of family law matters including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, and separation agreements • Conduct client consultations and develop strategic legal plans • Appear in court regularly; familiarity with South Carolina's 365-day rule is essential • Collaborate with intake and billing departments to ensure smooth case flow • Maintain accurate billing and meet monthly/quarterly billable hour goals (target: 120 hours/month) • Utilize Rocket Matter and Box for case and document management • Work closely with fellow attorneys to share knowledge and strengthen firm-wide practices
