Production Operator – 1st Shift (Full-Time)
Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour
Location: Lewis Center, OH

We’re looking for dedicated, team-oriented individuals with at least one year of manufacturing experience to join our 1st shift production team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to be part of a company that values your contributions, we want to hear from you!
Shift Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday, 5:00AM-3:30PM
- Enjoy three-day weekends!
- No mandatory weekend work
- Voluntary overtime available
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting pay: $19.00/hour (with performance-based increases)

Job Responsibilities:
- Operate thermoforming manufacturing equipment
- Feed raw materials into machines and clear jams
- Perform visual quality inspections
- Case-pack finished products
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred
- Stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs during shift
- Work independently and in a team
- Communicate clearly and manage multiple tasks
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
