Customer Service ManagerLead Customer Service Excellence in a Fast-Paced Manufacturing EnvironmentLakeland, FL | Full-Time | ExemptTRG Lakeland (MaxPak), a leading corrugated packaging manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee our Customer Service, Shipping, and Production Planning functions. This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, efficient order processing, on-time delivery performance, and the development of a high-performing customer service team.What You'll DoLead, coach, and develop Customer Service Representatives and support staff.Oversee customer service operations, order entry, order processing, and shipping activities.Ensure accuracy of new and existing item setup within the ordering system.Review and make pricing decisions within established authority levels.Resolve customer concerns and escalated service issues to maintain strong customer relationships.Monitor on-time delivery performance and support plant quality objectives.Partner closely with Sales and Operations teams to support customer needs and business growth.Participate in production and scheduling meetings.Monitor inventory levels and provide recommendations regarding stock availability and inventory trends.Develop, improve, and train employees on customer service procedures and best practices.QualificationsRequiredHigh School Diploma or GED.Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience leading teams of three or more employees.PreferredExperience in the corrugated packaging industry.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.What Makes You SuccessfulThe ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a manufacturing environment and excels at balancing customer needs with operational efficiency.
