We have an energetic toddler who keeps us on our toes and are excited to welcome a new baby in early fall.Our goal is to find someone who can help alleviate the mental load of running a busy household so Mom can be more present and engaged with our toddler and growing family. We value someone who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and creates calm through organization, thoughtful planning, and dependable execution.One parent works remotely from home in a professional capacity, and while we're often home, we appreciate someone who can work independently, read the room, and confidently take ownership of the day-to-day household operations. We are laid-back and easygoing by nature, but we also aim to run a structured and organized home. We value professionalism, healthy boundaries, and a calm, grounded presence. You understand that the family you are supporting is trusting you with their home, their children, and their mental load, and you treat that responsibility with care and integrity. Because this family is in their first experience with household help, a candidate who can help guide them on systems and best practices will be an especially strong fit.While this role is focused primarily on Household Management, the ability to adapt and support occasional childcare will be valued, experience in early childhood education or previous Nanny experience is highly valued.Most importantly, you take pride in creating seamless operations and ensuring details are handled with consistency and care. You are solutions-oriented, action-focused, and known for exceptional follow-through.
