Financial Operations Analyst

RIAs are fiduciary firms that deliver investment advice and are obligated to act in their clients' best interests. This position is well-suited for an individual who excels in a client-focused financial services setting and takes pride in resolving detailed requests with accuracy, professionalism, and care.In this role, you will act as a primary contact for existing RIA clients, supporting new account setups, fund transfers, and ongoing account servicing. Responsibilities include responding to phone and email inquiries, sometimes over the course of several days, to ensure each matter is fully resolved while maintaining a high standard of service.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) clients with new brokerage account openings, fund transfer processing, and maintenance of current accountsRespond to inbound phone calls and email requests from existing clients in a timely and professional mannerAssist clients in navigating brokerage platforms and online tools to ensure proper usage and issue resolutionOversee multiple active client cases at once with strong attention to organization, follow-up, and accurate documentationDevelop trusted client relationships through clear, patient, and service-focused communicationQualificationsEducation or professional background in Financial Services (brokerage, securities, or retail banking preferred)Strong analytical abilities and capability to manage xhyhwjd complex situationsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to manage a high volume of phone and email interactionsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)Preferred ExperienceExperience within the brokerage or securities industryPrevious experience supporting Independent RIA (Registered Investment Advisor) firmsKnowledge of new account processing and account transfersBackground in retail banking or trust banking environments
