Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorders in clients, ensuring individualized care.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans designed to meet clients’ specific needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to equip clients with effective coping mechanisms.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices, fostering an empowering environment.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other medical specialists to provide integrated care and support.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in the treatment of mood disorders to enhance treatment strategies continuously.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals and families navigating challenges related to mood disorders, relationship stress, and transitional life phases, such as divorce. Your focus will be on creating a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship, allowing clients to express their experiences openly and work towards their recovery and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000.
