Job Responsibilities:

Oversee, manage, and troubleshoot cloud services and platforms to support infrastructure and business needs.
Coordinate server configuration and administration with multiple parties.
Monitor systems to ensure security, availability, and performance.
Create and manage Azure DevOps projects and pipelines.
Support other IT staff and assist with complex application solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience with Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022.
2-3 years of professional experience in AWS cloud systems.
5-8 years of professional experience in information systems engineering or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems effectively.

Preferences:

Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud systems.
Experience with other cloud providers, such as GCP.
Professional experience in the administration of Microsoft software.
Experience supporting middleware such as API Management and IT Service Automation tools.
