What You’ll Be Doing: As a Line Cook at Matteo's Italian Restaurant, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items according to Matteo's recipes and standards.
- Ensuring food quality, presentation, and portion control meet our high expectations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift.
- Assisting with kitchen prep work and inventory management as needed.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
We’re searching for someone who brings skill, passion, and teamwork to the table. Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:
- At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
- A strong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety standards.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
