Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Minnesota special education teaching license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Experience or strong interest working with students with diverse learning needs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized instruction following students’ IEPs and learning objectives
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to develop effective strategies and accommodations
• Monitor student progress, maintaining accurate documentation and reporting
• Hold regular meetings with parents or guardians, providing updates and support as needed
• Cultivate a positive and encouraging classroom atmosphere focused on student strengths
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions
