You'll work on an assembly line to build and test components, ensuring each product meets our high standards of quality and reliability. You'll use tools, machines, and work instructions to bring our products to life—while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Working as part of an assembly team to build products according to specificationsReading and interpreting production routings, blueprints, and bills of materialOperating hydraulic/manual presses and simple assembly machineryPulling parts and materials needed for assembly tasksCompleting accurate labor documentation and inventory trackingMaintaining clean and orderly workstations in line with safety and 5S standardsParticipating in cross-training and supporting other assembly tasks as neededFollowing all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and knowledge of MSDSAdhering to work schedules including start/end times, rest breaks, and cleanup periods.What You'll BringHigh school diploma or GED requiredBasic computer knowledgeAbility to read and comprehend written, verbal, and diagram instructionsStrong basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide (including fractions and decimals)Effective communication and teamwork skillsPhysical ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs. regularlyWillingness to learn and apply new skills and processesWhat You'll GainCompetitive hourly pay401(k) with company matchHealth, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible spending and health savings accountsCompany-paid life insuranceOpportunities for training and career advancementA supportive, hands-on work environment where your contributions matterThe pride of building products that make a difference in critical industries.Step into a role where craftsmanship and precision drive success.
