The opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is searching for an experienced Club Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at UBS Arena in Elmont, New Jersey. As a Club Food and Beverage Manager, you will partner with our leadership team to enhance the operations of the Clubs department, offering memorable experiences to our guests. Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $66,300 - $88,400 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Hire, train, and manage an effective team, providing feedback on their job responsibilities and alignment with Delaware North programs Research and develop new policies, procedures, menus, and control policies that elevate service standards and accountability of staff Coordinate menus and alcohol compliance and quality standards, handle guest relations, and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards More About You Minimum of three years' experience in a high-volume restaurant and/or premium experience preferably in a sports and entertainment atmosphere Strong food knowledge with a variety of menus and previous experience supervising service team members required Ability to communicate orally and in writing with staff No degree required Shift details Events Weekends Who We Are UBS Arena is a multi-purpose arena in Elmont, New York, next to the Belmont Park race track.
