Location: Morrow, GA Pay: $16.00$18.00/hr, BOE Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM4:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Admin to support daily warehouse and shipping operations. This position will be responsible for handling shipping paperwork, data entry, coordinating shipments, and communicating with warehouse personnel, drivers, and customers to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping documents, bills of lading, and other required paperwork
• Enter and maintain shipping information in computer systems
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
• Verify orders, quantities, and shipping information for accuracy
• Print shipping labels and related documentation
• Communicate with drivers, carriers, customers, and warehouse staff
• Track shipments and provide updates as needed
• Maintain organized shipping records and files
• Assist with scheduling pickups and deliveries
• Help resolve shipping discrepancies or issues
• Perform general administrative duties to support warehouse operations
• Follow all company safety and operational procedures

Qualifications

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse administration, or office experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse/shipping software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to spend extended periods sitting, standing, and walking
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment
• Occasional lifting of boxes or paperwork/materials as needed
