Role Description

We're looking for a motivated, people-oriented Recruitment Assistant who loves connecting with others, staying organized, and keeping things moving behind the scenes. If you're confident communicating with people, enjoy multitasking, and can spot great talent, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing

• Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
  • Search for and connect with potential candidates through job boards, databases, and social platforms.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews.
  • Reach out to candidates through calls, emails, and messages.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Keep candidate records and recruitment systems updated and organized.
  • Perform outbound calls to potential candidates and recruitment leads.
• Administrative Support
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and interview schedules.
  • Prepare reports, recruitment updates, and documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork and employee records.
  • Support daily administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable talking to people and making outbound calls
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in recruitment, customer service, virtual assistance, or administrative support is a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
