Flex Physical Therapist

Christian Living Communities seeks a Flex Physical Therapist to provide compassionate, person-centered rehab services to older adults across independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory support settings. In this flexible role, you will complete comprehensive PT evaluations, develop and carry out evidence-based treatment plans, focus on fall prevention, mobility, strength, and functional independence, and document accurately in the EMR. Collaborate with nursing, rehab, and care teams to support residents’ goals, honoring Christian values of dignity, respect, and purposeful living.
