Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in HVAC estimating / project management
- Experience in a variety of project types to include Commercial, and Industrial projects
- Estimating the cost of HVAC projects, preparing cost estimates, reviewing project plans and specifications, researching products and materials, reading blueprints, evaluating bids, and preparing proposals
- Provide estimates for projects with a range of complexity
- Remain up to date on current industry trends in order to stay competitive in this ever-changing field
- Communicate effectively with customers, sales team, and other internal departments to ensure each project is delivered as promised
- Understand energy codes and specifications that may affect each project
- Maintain records of all completed estimates in an organized manner
