This position would strengthen Moffatt & Nichol's ability to capture, deliver, and implement integrated electrification programs while creating a framework for mentorship, technical leadership, and growth across multiple disciplines and office locations. As part of the team, work within the Ports Practice and PD&E Leads for the development and implementation of Moffatt & Nichol's waterfront decarbonization strategy across port, ferry, maritime, and waterfront infrastructure sectorsAdvise clients on electrification, resiliency, utility coordination, funding, phased implementation, and evolving air quality and climate regulationsSeller doer role to engage with clients, capture strategic projects and assist in the execution. Support expansion of existing client relationships while establishing new relationships throughout the maritime sector. Coordinate with account managers, business unit leaders, and practice leaders to identify strategic growth opportunities associated with electrification, decarbonization, sustainability, and infrastructure implementation programsLead multidisciplinary teams across West Coast offices, helping clients move from studies and pilots to multi-year implementation programsFacilitate collaboration between planning, environmental, infrastructure, engineering, funding, and implementation teamsExpand emissions modeling in terminal planning tools and apply AIS data, Python analytics, and AI-enabled workflowsMentor staff and represent M&N at conferences and industry groups such as WPPA, AAPA, CMANC, and PIANCOther Duties:Please note this job posting is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Travel will be required.Base Salary Range: $208,000 to $254,000 based on years of experience, level of education obtained, professional registration, and meeting the required qualifications in the job description. Base salary range only applicable for candidates who will be hired and based in the Washington market.
