Human Resources Generalist

We're partnering with a highly respected investment firm to identify an HR Generalist to join its collaborative and high-performing HR team. This role offers broad exposure across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, HR operations, talent initiatives, and special projects. What You'll Be Doing Partner on full-cycle recruiting and interview coordination Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes Assist with performance management and annual review cycles Coordinate analyst and associate recruiting programs Prepare reports, presentations, and HR analytics Support employee engagement initiatives and special projects Help execute high-profile internal meetings, events, and talent programs Serve as a trusted resource to employees and business leaders What We're Looking For 4-6+ years of HR experience within financial services, private equity, investment banking, or adjacent industry required Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Comfortable working with senior executives and managing confidential information Why Consider This Opportunity?
