Our vision is revolutionizing how healthcare professionals produce, access, and utilize information and thus enabling them to focus on the core value of their work: patient outcomes.**Your Contribution:*** Support customers using CGM proprietary products by answering calls for technical support.* Respond to customer inquiries and monitor programs to ensure on-time, effective responses.* Provide feedback to the Quality Assurance & Development teams to aid in improving product and processes.* Manage multiple open cases and provide timely updates to internal and external customers.**Your Qualification:*** Associates Degree or 2 years Call Center/Customer Support experience.* Must have the ability to pay attention to detail and to work independently.* Must have the ability to handle confidential information.* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills verbally and written.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.* Ability to multi-task and work efficiently.**What you can expect from us:*** **Purpose**: Become a part of a significant initiative.
