As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and document observations while working as part of an agile, reliable, innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.44 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Thur: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Fri: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and team members while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution facility, loading areas, parking lots, access points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access to designated areas, verify visitor and driver authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate activity records. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels. Support the orderly movement of personnel and vehicles at the location while helping to deter unauthorized access and policy violations. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
