Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred Equivalent accounting and administrative experience will be considered Basic accounting knowledge and strong computer skills required Experience Requirements 2+ yeras of previous experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and collections required Experience processing invoices, tracking payments, and maintaining financial records Working knowledge of QuickBooks and daily accounting functions Experience handling customer account inquiries and payment follow-up General administrative or office support experience preferred Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent organizational and time-management skills Professional and confident communication skills Flexible team player willing to assist with a variety of office responsibilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office software Physical Capabilities Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods Capable of performing repetitive data entry and administrative tasks Ability to communicate effectively by phone, email, and in person Regular attendance and dependable work habits required Job Duties Process Accounts Payable invoices and enter approximately 5 to 7 bills daily Assist with Accounts Receivable activities and customer account management Contact customers regarding outstanding invoices and collections efforts Utilize QuickBooks for daily accounting, payment tracking, and record maintenance Maintain accurate financial and administrative documentation Answer customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances Provide administrative support and assist with daily office operations Serve as backup support for the Office Assistant when needed Ensure records are accurate, organized, and up to date Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
