We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join a growing payments organization. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with deep knowledge of the payment processing industry and hands-on experience with merchant onboarding and risk management.

The Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, onboarding merchant applications, and collaborating closely with the Risk Department to ensure smooth and compliant processing. Responsibilities

• Onboard and process merchant applications accurately and efficiently
• Work closely with the Risk Department to review and manage merchant accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Identify and close new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Guide merchants through the onboarding and approval process
• Maintain strong knowledge of payment processing products, services, and industry trends
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience required
• In-depth knowledge of the payment processing industry
• Experience onboarding merchant applications
• Familiarity with risk management and underwriting within payments
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to close deals and achieve revenue goals
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
