Human Resources Manager

Kforce

Responsibilities Align HR strategies with business goals; advise on workforce planning and organizational design. Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding; partner with hiring managers on talent needs. Lead performance management, employee development, and engagement initiatives. Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Oversee payroll accuracy, time tracking, PTO, and benefits administration (no direct processing). Maintain HRIS data integrity, employee records, and compliance with employment laws. Support audits, reporting, and HR policy development. Drive HR programs, training, and firm-wide initiatives, including special projects. Requirements Degree in Human Resources or related field. 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices. Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Significant experience in employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. Proficiency in HRIS systems (UKG preferred) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent organizational, project-management, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Compensation & Benefits The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
