Responsibilities: * Operate tractor trailers to transport waste and recycling materials to designated locations. * Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance. * Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road. * Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes, and deliveries. * Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding schedules and issues. * Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed. * Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the truck and equipment. * Adhere to company policies and procedures for safe driving and customer service. Requirements: * Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required. * Minimum of 2 years of experience driving tractor trailers with walking floor trailers. * Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols. * Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment safely. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * License must be clean and will undergo insurance review. * Ability to handle physical demands of job, including loading and unloading materials.
