As a Field Sales Representative, you'll manage the customer journey from the initial conversation through the close. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships with homeowners, develop your territory, and use your sales experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. What You’ll Do Meet with homeowners in assigned territories and introduce NextGen Energy's solutions Build rapport and establish trust through professional, face-to-face conversations Ask questions and identify customer needs and goals Present solutions based on each customer's situation Answer questions and address customer concerns throughout the sales process Follow up with prospective customers and manage opportunities through closing Negotiate and close sales while providing a positive customer experience Manage your daily schedule, territory, and sales activities independently Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity Consistently work toward individual sales goals What We’re Looking For We're looking for an experienced sales professional who is confident communicating with customers and comfortable taking ownership of the sales process. You should have: Previous sales experience, preferably in a full-cycle or field sales environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills The ability to quickly build rapport with a wide range of customers Strong listening, presentation, and objection-handling skills Confidence asking for the sale and closing opportunities Strong organization and time-management skills A self-motivated approach to managing your daily activities Resilience and professionalism when handling rejection A customer-focused approach to sales Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Must be authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license Reliable personal vehicle for daily travel within your assigned territory Reliable mobile device with cellular data Ability to remain active and work on your feet throughout the day Comfortable working in residential neighborhoods and meeting homeowners Compensation This is a commission-only position , with earnings based on individual sales performance.
