Position Details:
Patient Population: Adults
Setting: Outpatient
Responsibilities: Provide specialized care for diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, and osteoporosis management. See approximately 15 patients per day in a busy clinic environment.
Support Staff: In process of adding a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE)
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism
- Active CO license (or willing to obtain)
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days)
