Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, including psychosocial assessments, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to ensure comprehensive understanding of each client's needs.

• Collaborate closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their personal goals, cultural factors, and overall well-being.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various formats, such as individual therapy, family sessions, couple counseling, and group therapy.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure clients receive continuous care and support during acute distress.

• Maintain thorough and up-to-date clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in accordance with organizational policies and relevant regulations.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and families, empowering them with knowledge and tools to effectively manage their mental health conditions.

• Regularly conduct outcome evaluations to assess the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and make necessary adjustments to care plans.

• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health care, integrating new knowledge into clinical practice.

• Uphold ethical standards by maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and educational background.
