As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll run pre-set, qualified appointments, educate homeowners on our roofing solutions, and close projects in-home. What You’ll Do Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling or lead generation required. Conduct professional roofing consultations, product demos, provide same-day estimates, and close the sale. Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments, weekly meetings, and skill development. What’s In It for You 100% commission W-2 role with uncapped earnings + monthly bonuses. On target earnings between $150K–$320K+ annually.
