Key AccountabilitiesAchieve wholesale, retail sales and market penetration objectives, as well as other divisional goals Conduct in-dealership sales training; improve customer and sales satisfaction levels in assigned areasAssist dealers with floor planning, promotions, merchandising, advertising, and other sales consultant responsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and develop dealership accounts and contractsReview and analyze dealerships financial performanceAssist dealers in improving sales processes to grow market share and profitabilityQualifications, Experience, and SkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience2-5 years of experience in wholesale automotive sales/retail auto sales, as well as a demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales objectivesMarketing, advertising, and merchandising experience is a significant plus.2-5 years of experience in wholesale automotive sales/retail auto sales, as well as a demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales objectivesExperience in report writing and large group presentations is essentialMust be able to organize and motivate to achieve common goalsPosition requires extensive travel and future relocationWhat differentiates Honda and makes us an employer of choice?
