About the Role: Storage King USA is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Property Manager to join our growing team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. What You’ll Do: Welcome and assist customers in renting storage units, parking spaces, and purchasing merchandise. Convert phone and walk-in inquiries into successful rentals with confidence and professionalism. Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility including unit inspections, cleanliness, and basic maintenance. Manage customer accounts, collect rent, enforce policies, and handle delinquent units (including auctions when needed). Coordinate with contractors and vendors, inspect completed work, and maintain service standards. Foster strong community connections and promote Storage King USA locally. Lead and support on-site staff, creating a positive, efficient work environment. What You Bring: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational skills with the ability to manage time and priorities. Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, and general web-based tools). A passion for providing exceptional customer service. Previous retail, sales, hospitality, or property management experience is a plus – but we’re open to diverse backgrounds!
