Job Summary We are seeking an Accounting Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to our accounting department, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Lead and Support AR/AP activities.C Communicate collaboratively with cross-functional departments to resolve receivables and payables per ESU’s AR/AP policy in support of the accounting team. Contacting customers/vendors in closing AR/AP files. Help resolve customer invoice questions and disputes. Contribute to our commitment to continuous improvement of our processes. Qualifications and Experience Working Experience in Accounts Receivable & Payable. Planning, time management, and ability to meet deadlines with effective work. Able to prioritize and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. QuickBooks and Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word are a must). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to respond effectively and professionally to inquiries. Able to work well with managers and teams. Understanding of banking processes including wire, ACH, credit card payments, and reconciliation. Bilingual candidates a plus (e.g., Fluency in Spanish, Korean, Chinese). Experience can be considered in lieu of a degree for this role.
