Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain positive client relationships
• Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and issue resolution
• Help drive revenue by closing sales and supporting the sales team
• Train, motivate, and support employees to maintain a productive work environment
• Assist with scheduling, team coordination, and daily operational tasks
• Monitor sales performance and help implement strategies to improve results
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed consistently
• Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Support management with reporting, inventory oversight, and operational organization

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and close sales
• Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented
• Experience managing employees or supervising teams is a plus
• Basic computer and administrative skills required
