As the Business Relationship Manager (Advisor) at our Miramar Operations Center, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and expanding relationships with prospective and existing business members. This role serves as a consultative partner to members by assessing needs, recommending appropriate products and services, and delivering solutions that support member goals and business objectives. The position requires a strong sales mindset, effective business development skills, the ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities, and a high level of personal accountability for sales activity and follow-through. The role also requires strategic thinking, sound judgment, strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in support of overall member satisfaction and revenue growth.

Business Relationship Manager (Advisor) responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with prospective and existing business members to support growth in business deposits, loans, and related services.
- Understand members' needs and recommend appropriate business products and services that align with their financial goals and operational needs.
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, relationship development, referrals, and community engagement.
- Build, manage, and maintain a consistent sales pipeline by prospecting, conducting follow-up, tracking opportunities, and advancing relationships through the sales process.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals, performance expectations, and key performance indicators, including production, relationship growth, activity levels, and member experience standards.
- Prepare and deliver business development presentations, product recommendations, and proposals in a professional and member-focused manner.
Business Relationship Manager (Advisor) Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, outside sales, relationship management, financial services sales, or a comparable member-facing business development role required.
- Two-year College or University diploma (Associate's) in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience required.
- Must complete the Association of Accredited Small Business Consultants Simplified Examination within 60 days of employment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Valid Florida Driver's license and good driving record required with a working vehicle.
Business Service Advisor Compensation
- Starting Salary: $28.13 - $29.79/hour or $58,510 - $61,692/year plus monthly commission
- Bonus Opportunity: Eligible for ONE SCCU Annual Bonus.
Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
