You’ll work with engineering and support teams to resolve incidents and proactively identify and resolve.Monitoring online services, applications and performance and taking necessary action to ensure SLA’s are met or exceeded.Linux Maintenance for our global environments.NGINX administration, parameter tuning, virtual host configuration, key, and certificate management.Automate manual tasks & processesVariety of work. There is no typical day.. You must be nimble, adaptable, and flexible. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:Bachelors degree or equivalentYou’ll have a minimum of 2 years of experience with Linux system administration.You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting a production environment.You will be able to participate in an on-call rotation to support our 24x7 operation.You should have experience with Apache/Nginx administration.You’ll be highly proficiency using and configuring SQL databases (MSSQL/Oracle)Experience in a ticket driven support environment. Other acceptable experiences could include:Experience noted above ORMilitary experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
