Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Remote contract opportunity offers the chance to assist with administrative coordination, workflow management, and day to day business support for multiple stakeholders. The individual in this role will help maintain efficient processes, facilitate communication across teams, and ensure important business activities remain organized and on track. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.

Compensation:
$23.00 - $25.00/hour

Work Schedule:
Part time schedule, approximately 10 hours per week, ideally 2 hours each business day; potential for more or fewer hours depending on workload

Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant:

• Coordinate the intake, organization, and distribution of business documents to ensure timely review and processing by appropriate stakeholders.
• Support administrative operations by maintaining schedules, managing calendar activities, and helping prioritize daily workflow needs.
• Facilitate meeting logistics, including coordinating availability, scheduling appointments, and assisting with communication among participants.
• Maintain accurate records and oversee routine tracking activities to support efficient business processes and operational consistency.
• Provide general administrative assistance across multiple functions while responding to changing priorities and workload demands.

Qualifications and Skills for the Marketing Assistant:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred; relevant internship experience may be considered in place of extensive professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including tools used for communication, document preparation, and data management.
• Experience supporting administrative or operational processes in a professional business environment.
• Familiarity with project or workflow management platforms preferred, including experience with tools similar to Monday.com.
