You’ll support two neighboring school sites, helping with daily health office responsibilities, offering medical care to students, and filling in as a substitute 1:1 support staff or PCA when needed. With a manageable 10-minute commute between sites, your flexibility ensures students receive the highest level of care throughout the week. This role runs through May 26, 2027, with a 35-hour workweek schedule.

Key Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LPN/LVN license
• Experience in school nursing or pediatric settings is preferred
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong assessment and documentation abilities
• Willingness to float between two close locations

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting the school nurse in daily health office operations
• Providing direct medical support to students during school hours
• Acting as substitute 1:1 support staff/PCA for student coverage when needed
• Supporting diabetic student care alongside the nursing team
• Maintaining accurate health records and adhering to confidentiality standards
• Acting as a resource for school staff regarding student health needs
