We're looking for a Business Administrator who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast paced environment, and loves keeping everything organized behind the scenes. If you're someone who gets satisfaction from crossing things off a to do list, has a knack for multitasking, and brings positive energy wherever you go, we'd love to meet you!
Requirements:
- Warm, professional phone presence
- Strong attention to detail in a busy setting
- Proficiency in Office 365
- Basic knowledge of local demographics
- Excellent organization, communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay composed, focused, and customer service driven, even during high volume days
Responsibilities:
- Handle 150+ phone calls daily with confidence and professionalism
- Supporting hiring managers with recruiting coordination and administrative tasks
- Schedule and coordinate weekly fundraising events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers
- Manage live events and proactively address any issues that arise
- Assisting with onboarding paperwork and preparing new hires for their first day
- Oversee daily administrative tasks related to events and programs
- Maintain and update spreadsheets accurately and efficiently
- Organize and coordinate team road trips to explore new territories, including in-depth research
