Commercial Roofing Project Manager

$90,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonuses Mammoth Recruitment is hiring a Project Manager for an established commercial roofing contractor based in College Station, Texas. This is a hands-on role managing commercial roofing projects throughout Texas and across the country. The Project Manager will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout while coordinating customers, field teams, materials, equipment, schedules, and job costs. This position requires approximately 60% travel. Responsibilities Manage multiple commercial roofing projects from preconstruction through completion Build project schedules and coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors Work closely with field leadership to maintain production, quality, and safety standards Conduct regular job-site visits and address field issues as they arise Track project costs, labor performance, change orders, and overall profitability Maintain project documentation, billing information, and closeout requirementsCommunicate directly with customers regarding schedules, progress, and project needs Keep projects aligned with contractual requirements, budgets, and deadlines Qualifications 3–5 years of roofing or construction project management experience Commercial roofing experience strongly preferred Working knowledge of commercial low-slope roofing systems Experience coordinating field crews, materials, schedules, and project costs Ability to manage multiple active projects in different locations Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record Ability to safely access and walk active roof sites Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus Compensation and Benefits $90,000 base salary plus performance bonuses Monthly vehicle and phone allowance 100% of the employee’s medical premium covered Medical, dental, and vision insurance with HSA options Up to five weeks of paid time off plus nine paid holidays 401(k) with company match Employee Assistance Program and additional employee discounts #J-18808-Ljbffr Mammoth Recruitment
