Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals and families, utilizing evidenced-based practices to address mental health disorders and personal challenges.

• Engage clients in discussions that facilitate self-exploration and emotional expression, and guide them in identifying feelings that influence their behaviors.

• Develop, implement, and regularly assess individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, focusing on improving family dynamics and overcoming destructive behavioral patterns.

• Utilize our telemedicine platform effectively to provide care, ensuring adherence to all ethical standards and regulations regarding teletherapy.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and share resources, optimizing support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse patient population, including individuals and families experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, chronic pain, and complex emotional issues. Your role will involve understanding their unique situations and providing culturally competent, client-centered therapy that respects their backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current and active LMFT license to practice in your state.
\n
• Three years of supervised clinical experience, with at least one year of direct clinical practice within the last three years.

• Proficiency with computers and familiarity with telehealth technologies; prior experience with telemedicine is highly desirable.

• Comprehensive understanding of the principles and methodologies for diagnosing and treating various mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
