Director/a Comercial Nacional [ Canal Hospitality & Deco ]

Buscamos incorporar un/a Director/a Comercial que lidere la estrategia comercial de la compañía, impulse el desarrollo del negocio y gestione un equipo comercial orientado a resultados. Responsabilidades Definir e implementar la estrategia comercial nacional alineada con los objetivos de crecimiento de la compañía. Liderar, desarrollar y motivar al equipo comercial propio y la red de representantes a nivel nacional. Establecer objetivos comerciales, KPIs y planes de acción para garantizar su cumplimiento. Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, mercados y canales de venta. Gestionar y desarrollar relaciones con clientes estratégicos y grandes cuentas. Supervisar las negociaciones comerciales clave y apoyar el cierre de acuerdos de alto valor. Analizar tendencias de mercado, competencia y evolución del sector para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento. Coordinarse con los departamentos de Marketing, Operaciones, Producción y Back Office para garantizar una correcta ejecución de la estrategia comercial. Elaborar presupuestos comerciales, previsiones de ventas y planes de desarrollo de negocio. Realizar seguimiento periódico de resultados y reporting directo a Dirección General. Requisitos Formación universitaria en ADE, Economía, Ingeniería o disciplinas afines. Experiencia consolidada en posiciones de Dirección Comercial o Jefatura Nacional de Ventas, preferiblemente en sectores industriales, equipamiento, decoración, contract, hostelería o distribución especializada. Experiencia liderando equipos comerciales y redes de representación. Sólida capacidad de negociación y gestión de cuentas estratégicas. Perfil analítico, orientado a resultados y con visión estratégica de negocio. Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación e influencia. Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional de forma habitual. Nivel alto de herramientas de gestión comercial y CRM.
