HR Business Partner
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Communications leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Lead talent acquisition efforts for U.S.-based commercial teams. Support performance management cycles, compensation planning, and employee engagement initiatives. Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and team effectiveness. Collaborate on succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development programs. Drive change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication and engagement. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies. Partner with cross-functional teams on social responsibility initiatives and internal communications.

5+ years of HR experience across core disciplines (ER, talent acquisition, compliance). Experience as an HR Business Partner or Generalist supporting corporate functions (sales/marketing preferred). Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, etc.). Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships. Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. Experience in multinational or cross-border organizations is a plus.
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 base. Bonus: ~16% annual performance bonus. Work Model: 5 days onsite in San Antonio, TX. Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
