Pay Type: Commission based on gross profit

This commission-based position offers estimated annual earning potential of $80,000-$140,000 based on performance; earnings are not guaranteed. This is a busy automotive service environment for an advisor with strong mechanical knowledge and customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the service process.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately communicate vehicle service needs.
• Write estimates and build accurate repair tickets.
• Present repair and service recommendations clearly and professionally.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process.
• Manage a high volume of customer and repair-order activity in a fast-paced environment.
• Focus on customer service and repair presentations while the dedicated parts team handles parts ordering and returns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Strong automotive mechanical knowledge.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate and present repair recommendations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-traffic service environment.
• Self-motivated and performance-driven with a professional approach.
• Ability to work the stated schedule, including rotating Saturdays.
