Onsite Manager / Talent Strategist

The Branch Manager serves as the primary onsite contact for the client and employees, overseeing daily staffing operations, recruiting support, employee engagement, and workforce performance. This role manages attendance, onboarding, employee relations, and retention while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring compliance, safety, and operational accuracy.

Core Responsibilities

Client partnership: Main point of contact; supports workforce planning and regular business reviews.
Workforce management: Oversee daily staffing, attendance, performance, and issue resolution.
Recruiting support: Maintain pipelines, interview candidates, assist with hiring events and outreach.
Employee engagement: Conduct check‑ins, support retention, recognize achievements, address concerns.
Operations & compliance: Ensure accurate timekeeping, reporting, safety practices, and policy compliance.

Qualifications

2+ years in staffing, recruiting, HR, workforce management
Bilingual English/Spanish
Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills
Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
