Job Description Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our outpatient clinic team. The physician will deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based care to a diverse adult patient population, ensuring excellent patient satisfaction and adherence to quality performance metrics, including STARs and HEDIS measures. How Will You Make An Impact & Requirements $20,000 Sign‑On Bonus Available*** Provide comprehensive, patient‑centered primary care in an outpatient clinic setting. Manage chronic and acute medical conditions with a focus on preventive care and quality outcomes. Proactively document care related to HEDIS and STAR measures to improve health plan quality ratings. Participate in high‑risk patient huddles and coordinate care with clinical staff and support teams. Collaborate with clinic leadership to monitor and improve clinic productivity, efficiency, and performance metrics. Foster a positive patient experience through compassionate care, clear communication, and continuity. Support nurse practitioners and physician assistants with clinical oversight, consultation, and mentorship as needed. Attend staff and performance meetings to support operational goals and improve care delivery. Requirements MD or DO required. Current unrestricted medical licensure in applicable state(s) and board certification. Board‑eligible candidates must become board certified within 12 months. DEA license required. Satisfactory completion of a tuberculosis test is required. Compensation range represents the national market average. Bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
