We have a rewarding opportunity for a dedicatedand innovative Primary Care Physician at an advanced primary care clinicin Downey, California . In this role, you will offer primary careservices, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an outpatientclinic. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas andfocusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity foryou!
Highlights:
- Outpatient-only primary care
- Focus on outcomes, NOT production
- Monday-Fridayschedule | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Fewer administrative tasks
- $250,000 - $350,000 base salary(negotiable based on experience) plus 15% quarterly incentives
- Sign-on bonus
- Benefits include medical, dental,vision, HSA, matching 401k, Day-one PTO (160 hrs.), andpaid holidays
Qualifications:
BE/BC family medicine,internal medicine, or internal medicine/pediatrics
