Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support in classroom settings
• Deliver 1:1 and small-group assistance under teacher guidance
• Aid with routines, transitions, and classroom participation
• Follow individualized plans and behavior support guidance
• Assist with mobility, supervision, and personal care as needed
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students

Requirements for School Compliance:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• TB test per district specifications
• Ability to assist with lifting, stand, and walk as needed
• Active or obtainable clearances before starting

Preferred (Not Required):

• Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach
