Your Responsibilities

• Identify prospective healthcare candidates leveraging our proprietary platform along with your personal network
• Engage potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screening
• Follow up with prospects to enhance engagement and facilitate the hiring process
• Keep accurate and current records within our applicant tracking system
• Receive commissions for meetings secured, interviews conducted, and placements made from your initiatives
