Your Responsibilities

• Harness our proprietary platform alongside your network to source promising healthcare candidates
• Initiate contact with potential candidates to share MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive assessments
• Maintain engagement with leads to foster interest and guide their hiring journey
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in our applicant tracking system
• Benefit from commission on meetings you arrange, interviews that follow, and hires stemming from your referrals
