At Nick’s Menswear, we believe exceptional style starts with an exceptional experience.

We’re looking for confident, driven, relationship-focused Stylists who know how to connect with people, understand what they need, and deliver a level of service that keeps clients coming back.

This is more than a traditional retail sales position.

As a Stylist, you’ll become a trusted resource for clients preparing for weddings, career milestones, special occasions, and everyday life. You’ll guide them through fit, style, color, wardrobe options, and finishing details while creating an experience that feels personal, polished, and effortless.

You do not need previous suiting experience. We’ll teach you the product, fit, and styling expertise.

What we’re looking for is harder to teach: confidence, ambition, competitive drive, attention to detail, and a genuine ability to connect with people.

What You’ll Do Create an Exceptional Client Experience

Own the customer experience from the moment a client enters the store through the completion of their purchase.

You’ll ask the right questions, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right fit, style, and complete look.

Build Relationships, Not Transactions

Our strongest Stylists create long-term client relationships.

You’ll develop trust, earn repeat business, generate referrals, and create an experience that makes customers want to return to Nick’s Menswear for their next occasion.

Drive Sales

Learn and execute our proven Customer Experience Journey while confidently recommending complete looks and wardrobe solutions.

You’ll be expected to identify opportunities, make strong recommendations, and close sales while maintaining an elevated level of service.

Manage a Fast-Paced Sales Floor

You’ll often work with multiple customers at once while maintaining attention to detail, urgency, and personalized service.

The ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain composed is essential.

Become a Menswear Expert

Stay knowledgeable about:

- Suiting and fit

- Shirts and accessories

- Color and styling

- Custom clothing

- Current fashion trends

- Nick’s Menswear products and services

We provide hands-on training to give you the knowledge and confidence to become a trusted style expert.

Support the Team

Great client experiences are a team effort.

You’ll collaborate with fellow Stylists, help support customers throughout the store, maintain presentation standards, and contribute to a culture where everyone works toward the same goal.

Who We’re Looking For

You do not need previous menswear or suiting experience.

We’re looking for individuals with a strong foundation in sales, hospitality, or customer service who are ready to take their performance to the next level.

Our ideal candidate:

- Has 2+ years of sales or customer-service experience

- Is naturally outgoing and comfortable approaching customers

- Builds relationships quickly and authentically

- Is competitive and motivated by goals

- Has strong sales instincts and enjoys closing business

- Communicates confidently and professionally

- Is detail-oriented and highly organized

- Thinks quickly and solves problems effectively

- Can manage multiple customers simultaneously

- Takes coaching well and actively wants to improve

- Is dependable, accountable, and self-motivated

- Understands that individual performance contributes to team success
